This Privacy Policy explains how Mbasiti (mbasiti.com, the "Service", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and when you interact with our official Facebook Page. Mbasiti is a domestic-worker (Asisten Rumah Tangga / ART) recruitment service operating in Indonesia. Our Facebook comment-automation is powered by our Facebook app "Ditoko.com".
1. Information We Collect
a. Information you provide on our website. When you apply through our forms, you may provide details such as your name, phone/WhatsApp number, location, age, and work experience, so we can process your application.
b. Information received from Facebook / Meta (Pages API). When you leave a public comment on a post of our own Facebook Page, we receive through Facebook's Pages API: the content of your comment, your name and Facebook-provided comment/user identifier, and the related post and comment IDs. We access only comments made on our own Page's own posts. We do not access data from Pages or posts we do not own.
c. Analytics. We use Facebook Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure the performance of our ads and website. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed and general device information.
2. How We Use Information
- To automatically respond to comments on our Facebook Page: when a comment matches a keyword we configured, we post one public reply under the comment and send one private reply (via Facebook Messenger) containing next-step information for the applicant.
- To process and follow up on job applications.
- To communicate with you about our recruitment services.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
Our private reply is a single, transactional message sent only in direct response to your own comment. We do not use it for broadcast, promotional, or unsolicited messaging.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only with:
- Meta Platforms (Facebook). Our use of the Facebook Pages API and any data received from Facebook complies with the Facebook Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Facebook processes data under its own Privacy Policy.
- Service providers that host our infrastructure, strictly to operate the Service on our behalf.
- Legal requirements, when disclosure is required by applicable law.
4. Data Retention
We keep comment and message records only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and to comply with legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To request deletion of the data we hold about you (including comment data received from Facebook), email us at [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the Facebook name/profile you used to comment. We will process your request within 30 days. You can also remove your comment directly on Facebook at any time.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
